[Third Age, MOS] map loading time issue

Hello.

There's something wrong with my copy of "Third Age" mod (with MOS 1.6.2). Loading campaign (e.g. save files) takes too much time. Progress slowly reach about 2%, then stops for at least 25 seconds. After that pause bar slowly starts to fill itself again and i can play. Whole process takes about minute and its getting on my nerves pretty fast. Ive used google and find nothing interesting - xp mode fails, shadows are off, specs far beyond, nothing useful in log file. Or maybe i'm missing something in there?

Its unexpected because i've been playing "MOS" before without such problems. Any idea what that may be?

Can you post the entire log? If this is it I would try a clean install of everything.

That was an entire log - that time that is, because i've already tried reinstalling - MTW2/Kingdoms, Third Age and MOS (with new downloads). Results are similar - no, they're exactly the same. I can quit to menu with normal speed, i can end my turn and wait for other factions. Main problem is connected to campaign map. Every campaign map loading screen: pause, and after awhile its working. And yes, i was exaggerating with numbers; pause takes about 15 seconds, so whole process takes about half a minute. There wasn't any of this with previous version of MOS if i'm correctly remember. And theres no answer to this or at least i haven't found one in here. Patch-bug? Last thing i've checked was TRIM on my ssd and defrag'ing status. All works without a glitch - except the game

It looks like your install is bad. It looks like there is missing files perhaps or perhaps installed into the wrong place. I would recommend redownloading MOS 1.62 and do a complete reinstall of TATW.

Here is the error causing your ctd, I have dealt with before but it has been awhile and can't remember what the issue was.

There's no CTD, just some lag during loading campaign map. I can play with it, but it's irritating. It should work in about 8 seconds, but now it takes ~30, each and every time. Loading world map is a problem, but i don't know why.

Another wierd bug emerged after rather long campaign (+200 turns). Battle map freezes when enemy reinforcements shows up and there's nothing to do but ctrl+alt+del. log file contains only warnings, no errors. It happens in two different places with two different enemies, so i assume it's solid. Well, i've had enough of mos, so i don't really care now. Maybe it's time for "D&C"
