Hrm. I think it might be better to short of double over some slightly different versions of the Phoenician gods, the afro-asiatic/semitic cultures of that region being similar and sharing many traits, yes, but the berbers in DeT are mostly within the sphere of influence of the Phoenicians mixing with the berbers, creating Punic culture, like the Massyli for instance are big inheritors of that shared culture. (A lot of the culture is similar, or interrelated, but the Arabs had a very distinct version compared to the berbers, what, being on different sides of the world lol.)
I would probably give them
Baal Hammon (he was born of the Phoenician god Baal + the Berber/Libyan Amon - could probably also just leave his name as Amon) - he was sometimes depicted as the sun god, and many tribes, like the Masslyi derive their names from him after his ram's horns. <-- Could just use the Carthaginian setup for this. His symbol was the ram's horns.
Tanit - another Berber-Phoenician deity, was likely already worshiped by berbers, was a war goddess among other things. Baal's companion among the Carthaginians (you could either keep her as she is in game under the Phoenicians or change her)
Gurzil - standard war god, could be made to be a different sort of war god more in line with ares/mars, he was also sometimes associated with the sun - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gurzil
Ifri - Known to the romans as Africa, she was a goddess of fortune and fertility. (could serve a role similar to the food temples)
In some of the articles I mentioned they also practiced king-worship and ancestor worship. Some of the temples they already have could be adapted to them as well, like the 'royal tomb' thing? maybe make it more general ancestor worship.
