CA Libs error

Getting a CA Libs error running M2TW and Kingdoms. Ive played SS and TATW for years but have had problems since steam came up with their new DLC launching system. I have tried to uninstall, cc clean and reinstall multiple times to no success and have just accidentally deleted all my saved games (whoops). Anyone able to help me out with this problem?

P.S I know this is a m2tw problem and not a SS/TATW problem but none of the other forums have yielded much to help me.

Searching the forums might help you. infact, you dont even need to, its on a big sticker, right on the first page of the Stainless Steel mod forum

I dont even have SS or TATW installed because of reinstalling vanilla. its a problem with my vanilla steam M2TW, whenever I try to launch a critical error called CA Libs comes up
