Game will not Lauch

Hi. created the thread to get more visibility.

I had the first release of EB2 installed and it worked just great. i uninstaled it and downloaded/instaled the most recent version of EB2. But everytime i try to run the game i get "Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unespecified error and will now exit" after some time in the "lauching box"
It doesn't matter what launcher i use it. i will get the exact same error.
Medieval 2 kingdons works just fine and it is in the right version (EB2 1.0 worked fine like i said).

Ok. i found the solution:

go to Medieval 2\mods\EBII folder

open EBII as a wordpad.

search for this line:

[video]movies = 1
windowed = 1
borderless_window = 1


Remove the: borderless_window = 1


so it wil be like this:

[video]movies = 1
windowed = 1


SAVE IT. go to proprietis and mark "read only".

done. it will work now
