    Default Pikemen and Cavalry Mods Crash

    If any modding gods see this miserable little thread, please bless me with your words of enlightenment.

    I've only started modding Rome II recently (recently as in 2 days ago).

    I've watched and read half a dozen tutorials on custom unit creation and decided to make one meself.

    So far, I've successfully made 1 sword unit, 1 spear unit and 1 bow unit and have tried them out in both campaign battles and custom battle.

    However, when I added a pike unit and a cavalry unit, Rome II crashed on load.

    So I thought to meself: Hm, I must be doing something wrong! Perhaps I ought to take a look at other unit mods with pikes and cavalry in them and see what I was doing wrong.

    I downloaded "The Walls of Sparta" and Radious's 3rd unit pack from steam and opened them up with PFM. After that, I mirrored the thingmajigs for my own mod.

    The game crashed on load.

    I then decided to make a copy of the original mod and change only the names of the units.

    The game crashed on load.

    I then made another copy of "The Walls of Sparta", named the file something different, turned off ALL the other mods in the start-up manager and enabled only the copy.

    The game crashed on load.

    What is the unit animation, you know under man_animation: rome_man_pike.

    And what guide are you using?

    That's what I was using. And as far as I know, everything I use works in other mods.

    I copied a mod (literately right-click, copy, paste) that I know works for sure, rename it, put it back into the data folder, disable all mods except the copy and have it crash the game.
