Default How to open Rome II unit's textures?

Hi, I always modded games like Medieval II and RTW, but RII is completely different and I need someone to help me explaining about how can I open a unit's textures ( like armors, helmets, etc.. ) and possibly convert them to Medieval II ( I'm planning in making a mod ), the only thing that I need is to know a way to export the textures in a program like Photoshop or GIMP, and edit them from there to other Medieval II units ( this part I know how to do ).

Waiting for someone to help me, or tell me that its impossible.

    Thanks.

Sooo you seek a negative answer?

For you can do it, by pfm you load the models_rome2.pack and ask it to export the .pack file

Textures in this game are just .dds format files, that can be handled by Photoshop, and GIMP with a common plugin.

Its not clear what exactly you are struggling with?
