Byzantine Princess and Marriage Bug

Hello forum, I started playing stainless steel 6.4 from the early campaign with the Byzantine empire using the savage AI, with the Grim Reality II, and the permanent watchtowers. The problem Im having is that my daughters simply age out without ever becoming princesses that I can control on the board. This coupled with fewer marriage proposals for my sons means that the family line will simply cease to be. The vast majority of my generals remain unmarried. Right now I am not using any submods. I really have no idea why their are so few marriage proposals for my generals, would their be anyway I could increase the instance of just random presentations?

a) Only daughters of the FactionLeader and the FactionHeir become princesses.
b) In your campaign, do you accept often adoption-marriage-"man of the hour" proposals?
