    Either Captainnorway or Egyptian_Viking can take Mordor. IMO the smarter choice would be to have Captainnorway take them as he actually shares a border with Mordor and will need to work together with Mordor in the west.

    I therefore sent Captainnorway a cleared save. Also updated the OP with new teams and posted a new map update.
