    Default RTW doesn't execute! Why?

    Hello folks,

I needed to uninstall and reinstall RTW to try to make multiple copies of RTW w/BI (version 1.6).
The ad said "experts within" sooooo....

I uninstalled RTW and reinstalled it. I got rid of the Activision folder, Registry keys and RomeTW.ini.

I can load the disk, My computer recognizes the disk, but won't play the RTW vanilla game disk!!!

I see the hourglass come up when I double click the RTW desktop icon, but it abruptly stops.
    Why?

What do you mean when you say that you want multiple copies of RTW :hmmm: About the installation, uninstall the game from the control panel or with the uninstaller included in RTW cd. Never delete the game's files&folders by yourself

You don't need to uninstall and reinstall in order to create multiple copies of the game. All you need to do after you install the game the first time is copy your RTW folder and paste it in a new folder with a name of your choosing and use that as the base for future copies and as a backup.
