    Default Trojans

How do you get rid of trojans? My anti-spyware software has quarantined it and has told us that they are no longer a threat, but it will still slow down the computer, so I want to know how to get rid of them.

Did you remember to also delete them after it quarantined them?

Thats the thing, it only let me quarantined them, it never gave me the option to delete them, although it led me to links to download software that would, but that gave me even more problems.

Salaam and thanks for the quick reply,

Hmmmm well ive had that happen to me before but around 2 minutes later it usually showed up saying that I could then delete them.Try restarting your computer and see if it comes up again . Might say that it could be deleted afterwards.

Oh and if that dosent work i would suggest trying different types of anti spy ware tools

Usually flush'em down the toilet, or wrap up in TP and toss'em in the garbage.

For PC trojans - the best thing to do is google the name. The process to get rid of them can sometimes be long, and difficult, but you can usually find an answer from a website that's geared towards this type of problem.

Keep System Restore off and use some good anti trojan program like Trojan Remover and if that doesn't help google trojan name as OTZ suggested for more detailed information.

its free for a month i think.. also seems to work well (as in it doesnt appear to actually put viruses on your computer which it claims to be removing...)

Okay, I use Spy Sweeper, but it doesn't seem to do the trick, and the trojan's name is:
Trojan Downloader-Zlob, wtf is that???? Help, and thanks for the advice though.
