Well, if they had bothered to vote for him, maybe he could have gotten out of Iraq by now...
lol, an unrealistic fantasy that I'm sure not even John Kerry believes. Even if we announced 2 years ago that we gonna up and pull out, we really *can't* just leave, and he knows it.Originally Posted by Beetlecat

To invade Iraq was not a hard task to the world's supreme armed forces, but getting out of it won't be so easy. An unilateral withdraw can easily turn Iraq into a terrorist haven.

Right, and now they just have to go to iraq to blow up americans.Originally Posted by Lord Consul

The last thing I expected was that this would actually turn into a debate.
I was thinking more along the lines of "a few humorous remarks followed by prompt closure of thread".
Oh come now. Why would you post something if you didn't think it would draw comments?Originally Posted by RusskiSoldat

This is the picture he was trying to show...

Anyone else just wondering how boring Iraq must be for them to take the time to do this?
Pretty funny though.
1) The creation of the world is the most marvelous achievement imaginable.
2) The merit of an achievement is the product of (a) its intrinsic quality, and (b) the ability of its creator.
3) The greater the disability (or handicap) of the creator, the more impressive the achievement.
4) The most formidable handicap for a creator would be non-existence.
5) Therefore if we suppose that the universe is the product of an existent creator we can conceive a greater being — namely, one who created everything while not existing.
6) Therefore, God does not exist.

Take a big sheet of paper (those are very easy to find) and slap some paint on. Hilarious picture though.

Well, no ****.Anyone else just wondering how boring Iraq must be for them to take the time to do this?
It's a war, so they're lacking in entertainment amenities, but it's not very active combat (beyond the patrol IED and carbomb), so I'd assume they have a lot of free time (or as free as time can be in a warzone).
There was a letter making it's rounds on the internet where a solider was saying that he was constantly on duty and yadda yadda.
Can't say I've seen a big sheet of paper like that just hanging around in my life. That's including highschool.Take a big sheet of paper (those are very easy to find) and slap some paint on
