The UNIT CARDS are superb,a new concept art for use in CA I think? Impressive,in my RPG games you get backgrounds to reflect the character, but here the culture is promoted. Good idea Bro ^_*.
i like those pictures keep doing the good job
Bloody hell. This is a screen-shot thread! Where are all the bloody screenies?!
Yeesh.
Anyways, here's a few from my Moslem Campaign.
This was perhaps the most decisive battle of the past fifty years. The Kalifat had been weakened by war in North Africa with the Vandal and Gothic Hispanics, and our armies were greatly depleted. A massive army had just sacked and burned Antioch, and their foul general decided march south and crossed the Orontes, with full intent to march straight to the Gates of Damasq. We would not have it so. He marched as far south as the Jordan, where the Righteous Amir al-Mu'minin Murad met him head on with what troops he could muster.
The battle was a terrible slaughter.
The dead were numberless. The blood of the horde of the Most Evil turned the Jordan red. Not Moses, not Isa, not even the Prophet himself would be able to cleanse that river after that battle. The waters of the Jordan had been scourged.
Nonetheless, we had bested the grand army of the Dark One. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Alhamdulillah.
I have more. Give me some time and I'll add them in. And please, come now people: don't be shy! Share your own screens!

hope you like them
btw: i did a little bit of texture editing to the units in these pics nothing major justed added 666 on some of the satanic units
I got more for you.
Before we move into the more serious ones, this is just one I found oddly funny. I was moving in an army to smash the city of Tarsos, when it so happens a relief army arrived just in time to halt my progress towards the city. The Satanic forces were easily brushed aside, but it was the first casualty of the battle that made me laugh.
It was the commander. Captain Uvall ate it hard, smooshed by the very first shot fired in battle by an onager crew recruited that very turn. What a chump.
Anyways, onto the important stuff.
From the Third Battle of Antioch;
Alhamdulillah, most Righteous and Holy Khalifa, my beloved brother, I write to you in all hope that I should never have need to in such fashion again. Our discussions have slowly drifted from the joy of our younger days to the putrid fear that permeates us all.
You charged me with the defense of this city no less than five years ago, and in that time I have left ten thousand mother's without their sons, ten thousand sons without their fathers, ten thousand wives to mourn the passing of the companion.
The streets of Antākiyyah have been repaved, with spear heads as cobbles and bonemeal as the mortar that binds them. The North Gate has watched and wept as many thousands of her children, youths with not a hair on their faces, aged men whose backs are no longer straight and proud, they have all met a fate such men do not deserve.
Yes, brother, we have bested thrice times now the forces of the Most Evil, meeting his fire with our steel, his malice with our hardened hearts; but for how long? Brother, we can not continue this for more than a year hence. I will never abandon this city to the rape and pillage that awaits it at their blackened hands, but in time there will be nought left for them to steal, no women left to rape, no men to butcher on dark altars.
You must reinforce us, for we cannot hold. In šaʾ Allāh brother, that you may see how dire the peril we face has become. This last battle alone we barely held back a force of ten thousand, before that twenty, and now scouts tell us that some thirty thousand men are marching from the Gates of the Pandemonium fortress and beyond.
If they defeat us now, brother, they shal be left unimpeded, and they will unleash a wave of fire from al-Quds to Makkah Al-Mukarramah! I implore you brother, to withdraw the Jihad from Al-Andalus. The conquest of of the Goths is a vain campaign, a blighted sin when the legions of شيطان are frothing at our gates!
-----
For those of you wondering about the massive number of the enemy I claim to have face, the twenty thousand was actually two battles in one turn- One was a sally and the next was against four more full stacks waiting in the wings. The thirty thousand is thirteen or fourteen full bloody stacks centered in Anatolia marching my way. Gah.

Protein cores made in the rough endoplasmic reticulum are posttranslationally modified by glycosyltransferases in the Golgi apparatus, where GAG disaccharides are added to protein cores to yield proteoglycans; the exception is hyaluronan, which is uniquely synthesized without a protein core and is "spun out" by enzymes at cell surfaces directly into the extracellular space.
