Help with personal mod
I have made a mod for personal use. I used the up to date files to create it. But when I started a new campaign, my mod is labeled as out of date. Is there a way for me to make it up to date.
Also which file I need to mod for the bonus for the each tech level. I could not find the location. Thanks for any help in advance.

Either upload to workshop or tick the 'enable out of date mod' box.But when I started a new campaign, my mod is labeled as out of date. Is there a way for me to make it up to date.
