No campaign replays it seems like.

I know it is a demo, but I found this interesting and not good.

I think this indicates that it will not be possible to save replays from the campaign.

yes, there is no replay feature for campaign battles...also not for historical battles

I has been a while sence I did a replay but if memory serves you could only record the costome battles in Rome.

I do now it werent possible in m2tw, but this is something they actually have been trying to.

Re the battle cam and campaign replay questions, I'll have to check with the programmers - they're both features that have been problematic in the past so their status varies from build to build. (the answer came from prasthereaper in a Personal Message at totalwar.com.

I agree, the two features are cool, however if they're buggy we can't officially ship them. Fingers crossed problems do get fixed, and if they don't I'm sure someone will work out how to unlock them (just like they worked out how to unlock the other factions).

It would be wonderful for me to be able to watch the moment my Crusaders finally stormed over the walls of Jerusalem again and again and again and again....

....I would love this feature to be in... but what is the likelihood that we get this in a patch I ask you?

Hmm, it's a shame really.

That said, given how conservatively I play, my battle replays wouldn't be very fun to watch. I'm too careful to make exciting battles, tending to rip apart my enemies at a distance and only strike when I'm sure to win.
