    Default Unit's experience

Is there any way to turn off or disable unit's experience effect on unit's stats? Autoresolving grows my armies experiance too fast ;( -- I very much hate to see units with gold chevrons -- they're almost immortal like gods by then -- further autoresolving often gives hilarious battle results ;P.

Please - don't advice to fight every battle. I am considering totally autoresolve campaign, but experience effect ruins my efforts (8+ stars generals are also an issue, but not that big compared to experiance ;P).

You probably should play all the battles. Seriously. Two reasons.
    A) You're missing half the fun of the game.
    B) Units don't get experience as fast
I auto resolved a Brutii camapign back in vanilla Rome, and managed to reach and invade Egypt before I realized you could actually fight battles out, and by then, it was too late. The fun really does multiply when you play out each battle, both role play and gameplay.

You could quadruple or even x10 the required experience for each level for your units.
dont ask me how, as after a year or more not playing rtw ive forgotten which files you need to edit.
I am sure someone here can point you in the right direction tho

Their is no way that I know of.
If you disable getting unit experience from the game files that in essence prevents experience from being used...
