I know it`s a long and slow business but it would be nice if we knew in which areas they are working on in particular.

You should follow them on Twitter; they give updates there
The real question is how are the Agema phalangites coming?
Democracy is beautiful in theory; in practice it is a fallacy.

When the next big update comes,if there will be new units, will the EB team write something about what new units are and importantly for which factions,or where/how are they recruitable?

Personally I'm curios about the timeframe for including the Marian Reforms. I imagine its a lot of work so will probably be down the track a ways. I am kinda itching to have a serious Rome game but without the Marian Reforms its a bit like a special massage without the happy ending...
I'm waiting for full version, playing EB now isn't fun, i need to know that all factions have the reforms <3 .
All Orks is equal, but some Orks are more equal dan uvvas.
Despite being unfiinished, EB2 is still funner than vanilla M2TW, R2TW and RTW. Twitter link: https://twitter.com/EBTeam
Swords don't kill people, people with swords kill people.
It's even more fun than EB1 because (so far) it never crashes at the end of a huge battle. Now and then I get a ctd from the campaign map, but that's not a big deal. I love EB1 to death, but I also lost my sanity over it on more than one occassion. One time I even rage-uninstalled and didn't re-install for almost a year.
indeed, been there done that. i was fortunate to come across this fix though. after the VM adjustment the CTDs were a thing of the past. you may still want to give it a try.
