    So everyone knows, I've completed the Recolor of the Vanilla cards and updated the link in the OP for those that don't use Bullgod. I am reworking the AOR system now. When finished 2 options will be available. The 1st, in the mod, will have the same Legions recruitable in the same provinces regardless of the reform era. The second option will be a dynamic historically accurate version for hardcore players, offered as a minimod downloadable that will change the AOR region of the Legions based on which reform era your in.

    Awesome! =) I“m a hardcore player! It will be necessary to start a new campaign before your AORsystem reform? but you don“t think it gonna be to much mini-sub mod?
    By the way, tonight i see imperial unit cards with bulldog style, and in the load screen before the battle, all unit cards, roman an others have these strange white mosaic in the cards, you note this?

    Dude...i test it only with DEI ( 4 steam parts ) and CL and IA MRS, nothing more enabled...and it“s still crashing at the Rome II EE load screen...maybe it“s not me? please, could you check it one more time? what i have to do to play with this mini sub-mod? by the way, my other mods are graphics, not startpost changes, only DEI made this, and Constantine, but like i told you, it“s not enabled when I play it

    What other mods are you using? It should load first before Caesars Legion, then CL, then DEI if your using the official mod manager. Also, any mods you're using that affect the startpos will be incompatible with CL right now because I use the startpos file for my AOR system.

    Yes. I added them in. I just took the vanilla unit card backgrounds and turned them into mosaics. Im probably going to remove them though. The AOR system will require a new campaign start but I haven't uploaded the updates yet so no need right now. The mod will contain a more balanced AOR system where legions will stay in same AOR thropugh each reform but the hardcore system will be the same as what is currently in the mod where they change AOR after each reform based on where they were during the reform.

    I just loaded up a game with only DEI, CL, and IA MRS and it loaded all the way to Imperator Augustus campaign map. Im not sure why you keep getting CTD. Until I update the startpos in IA MRS that will be incompatible with CL anyways. I dont why you keep having CTDs though man. Its loading up fine on mine.

    I don't know why but game is still crushing. I use only DEI, CL and IA MRS, nothing more enabled. I'm using the official mod manager

    Yeah..still crash with me too, it“s a shame...hope you will fixed with the update of tonight.

    XIIICaesar, sorry for straightness, but I think that the card icon with a mosaic in a dirty style with shields from the children themselves, or imposed Bulldog will it all looks filthy also spoils the atmosphere of the strict historical mod. In my view if it is not possible to make the icons are the same as makes the Kaziel, then the best option is to restore the old vanilla icons with Roman numerals. I'm after. I saw with icons in the arrays and mosaics and after seeing the style icons Bulldog removed all the mod and play without submods is now unfortunately.

    Have you downloaded the current vanilla style alternate unit cards I have in the original post at the beginning of the thread? I didn't do any special effects or anything to them and the mosaic background should also be removed too if not I'll have to take it out tonight. But the unit cards themselves are vanilla style in color that's it. No mosaics or anything like that.

    Good. I carefully look for updates. In any event with the legions to play much better.

    Of the examples that were in previous versions of the most adequate looks more of simple stylein my view.
    The style icons Bulldog also interesting, but of delayed flirty right foot soldiers resemble hookers on the track. The best view in the latest in Kazielyaf. But the most rigorous and desirable - original.

    Okay Ive disabled the links to it for right now. Ive got to update the startpos for the updated AOR system anyways. When I get that done Ill test it and put the links back up

    If you look on steam now in the change notes, you'll see I tried several updates dude Lol. Each time it just says upoloading for a few seconds and then update again. But the other mods upload fine. Not sure whats going on there. Ill try subscribing to it and see if it downloads for me and update this post with results when Radious CL version gets through uploading.

    Ive contacted Kaziel on permission to use his cards. If he gives permission Ill take his Legionnaires and copy the shield textures to each and give Numerals to the cards. I need his permission for all of them because I plan to dall units in that syle for vanilla. Ill also upload the old vanilla cards present in DEI old Legions submod too just so there there. Itll be this weekend before I can get to it though.

    Don't know what's wrong but Steam workshop says it downloaded the mod, yet it won't show up in the data folder or mod manager.

    Thanks dude. I got his permission. I'll begin work on the unit cards asap. Tonight, Wednesday, after work I need to update the Grand Campaign startpos in DEI with my AOR tags so I can get the GC squared away, upload the update, get the startpos files sent to Dresden so he can put them in the main DEI. I won't have to update them every time he updates because once he adds them to main DEI my AOR tags will already be in DEI wether you use Caesar's Legions or not. At least Caesar's Legions will stay save game compatibile whenever Dresden updates main DEI [emoji1] Then I'll start work on the AOR guide maps to post in the OP for people to use as references for who's recruited where and get the alternate AOR system uploaded as well hopefully before I go to bed Friday morning that'll be done. After work Friday night I'll get the startpos in the IA MRS minimod updated with AOR tags & test /upload it. Since I have Kaziel permission to use his unit cards as well ill get the vanilla cards done over the weekend too. I'll do 2 vanilla versions : 1)kaziel style 2)original vanilla like in historical legions submod



    And, so everyone knows, the most recent update gives a completely rebalanced AOR system for Imperator Augustus campaign that is very similar to historical legions submod. It's as balanced as can be between historical accuracy & good, fun game play. If you want a true, historical AOR wait for me to upload the alternate version that changes each reform era. With this most recent update from this morning, GC is save game compatible. However, Imperator Augustus campaign may require a new campaign to work. In either campaign, I recommend a new start because of how much the AOR changed. I'll be releasing AOR reference maps soon in the OP. Game on, fellow Legionnaires!! . [emoji2]

    I feel like a boob for asking, but I haven't quite figured out how to recruit the numbered legions. I'm playing as Antony's Rome and was able to recruit a couple legions right off the bat in Greece and Macedonia. I since have developed Syria and a few other provinces and have a majority culture %, but can't recruit anything but the generic legions, and the ones I could before at the start of the game are no longer available.

    With the latest update from 10-8-14 the AOR system was revised and the legions should be recruitable from each region and the regions shouldn't change anymore after each reform either. You need to start a new campaign though for it to be right because the startpos was edited to add the AOR tags. Imperator Augustus isn't save game compatible with previous versions. The 10-8-14 update requires a new campaign.. The Grand Campaign hasn't had the startpos edited yet.
    I still haven't updated the Google Drive link, but steam should be updated

    Dude, you recomend us to start a new campaign at the end of the weekend? not now right? if I start a new campaign now ( GC )...I will need to restart to play with the changes made on your sub-mod?
