I think it's "Medii Annui Bellum Totum Secundum." There really isn't a word for "medieval" in Latin, so I chose the words that translated into "middle years." Can anyone come up with a better one?

Doesn't the term "medieval" come from "middle era"?

In that case, it would be "Media Aera Bellum Totum Secundum."

As stated, "medieval" wasn't used by the Romans, so I don't think there is a Latin word for it. I'd stick with "middle years" or "middle era" to be on the safe side when translating into Latin.
