Ace, you gotta choose either Plebeian or Patrician. You can't say Pro-Plebeian. Its either you are one or not.

As a Plebeian and Populist, you can't hold priesthoods nor run for the Patrician Aedile.
As a Patrician and Populist, just as Okmin said, you can't be a tribune or Plebeian Aedile.
