    Here is the offical submod for Ultra Fast Battles:

    Changes in Ultra Fast Battles:

    Changes:
    -increased hit chance
    -increased move, run and chargé speed for all units
    -increased melee damage and projetciels damage


    Combat speed very close to vanilla.

    Here is the offical submod for Faster Unit Movement, it can be used alongside Faster Battles and Faster Battles 2.0:

    Nice mod, was using slower battles submod, but had to stop because it didnt changed my main concern: skirmishers and slingers kill light units way to fast, even light cavalry cant get to them on an open charge, i would like to have this tunned down a bit.

    New balance was made to prevent easy battles and help AI a little. Slower battles make this game actually way to easy, as you can pull hammer and anvil at all times and cycle chargé 20 times with light cav to vicotry. Also light infantry can protect themselves, every battle manouver is tougher to pull off. It is a product of months of testing and balancing with few compromises here and there. Battles still take up to 25-35 minutes anyway. What was lacking in previous versions of DeI was that unit quality did not matter much and levies could stand up to toughest units, this has been changed for 1.0.

    First is only about 10-15% faster melee, changes in ultra battles are in description.

    So for those of us using the slower version of this mod for MP battles (wich I think should be most if not all).
    Could we get a little more balance for those? I mean reducing shoot rate or kill rate of rangeds, to keep the battle balanced?

    Thanks a lot, I think it would be very useful to have a submod oriented for MP battles like this one.

    No need to nerf rangeds a lot, its just to compensate for slower melee battles mostly and not to erradicate each other archers that quick
