    Yeah I was about to ask how am I suppose to download it for the non-steam version of the game

    Only non steam version of the game is the pirated version and I do not support it. New submods will be released next week.

    Box eddition still needs steam to run. All TW games need it since release of Empire Only version of the game that does not need steam to run is pirated copy.

    Yes, no problem, just click subscribe on steam version from the first post. On the other hand is is better to use regular download for DeI, since it is more stable and less buggy For my battle submods it does not matter if you use steam or non steam pack.

    Words cannot describe how happy this thread makes me.
    I just had my first major DEI battle after 26 turns in the Augustus campaign with around 4000 troops fielded. The battle was so painfully tedious I thought I was going to lose my mind.

    Im loving DEI, and cant stand vanilla arcade style battles, im aiming for battles realism and trying to use real roman tactics. Its seems to me that dei kill rate is too low, and cavalry sometimes has trouble routing archers and take their time. Well i tried the DEI faster battles 1.1d 30% kill rate, the cavalry performed very good against archers routing them instantly with the charge, the problem was that my hastati line was loosing man like flies. I would like to try something like 10% to 15% faster kill rate (increased damage) but without movement increase, i think DEI movement speed is just right.

    I have a problem with these mods. If I delete dei it works but if I leave it these mods doesnt' work. Why?.

    I petitioned for one with 60-75% increase in kill rate and normal movement a while ago and it has yet to come. You may be waiting for a short while. Understandable though, I imagine that he is quite busy.

    Yeah, I have way to much over my head, finishing up battle rebalance (last units will be finished tomorrow) and starting up my own wrestling school, plus I am still learning at the University. Not to mention stuff like girlfriend, family

    I will try to do some stuff this week but can't promise much. Modding faster battles is easy, but testing takes me much more time which I don't have enough.

    You can simply go to kv_rules and increase minimum hit chance, should do the trick
