Default How can i reduce javelin damage?

Hi, so iam working on making the battles last longer.

one thing i want to do is to reduce javelin damage. Unfortunately i cannot find the table that contains any useful data, can anyone point me to it?

the other thing i heard about was a modifier for hit rates.
Someone on a youtube video said that there is a modifier that determines the succesful hit rate in percent, and that lowering that value leads to units killing each other more slowely.

    anyone knows about this?

    tnx in advance and greetings

hit modifier is in kv_rules, but you might also reduce actual projectile accuracy, but that might have some unwanted effects like projectiles flying all over the place.. so i would stick with kv_rules and reducing either the lethality or hit chances there.
