    Icon11 Post Your Battles Here!

    Hi guys,

I have uploaded a nice battle on Youtube playing with the Western Roman Empire against the Huns.
Large Armies with 2x unit size modded en de PC can handle it quite well as a matter of fact.

Great pics Dok, love the crisp/sharpness to em. Wish I could run 4xMSAA and down-sample Attila to get serious sexy crispness.

This is a tactic I sometimes use when defending in a siege - particularly if I'm low on numbers.

Unedited. Reshade (Xjaviers reshade and sweetfx files in the reshade mod thread here) with technicolour, ssao and crossprocess enabled in the reshade.fx file. Also using Gemfx 1.0.8 with Iamoddyseus's preset and x2fxaa enabled. To get both working together you just have to hook reshade in the sweetfx tab in gemfx.

Here is what it should look like in gemfx in the sweetfx section. Make sure Gemfx doesn't default to 64bit or have ui bypass enabled and you're all set. SSAO brings a lot of graphical glitches with it but I can deal with it personally since it adds so much to the visuals.

    I really like this one:
Here is something, that makes you think about where the Hungarian "Csardas" originated from, and the "doromb" (jew harp) is also quite an ancient instrument. On the other hand, it's possible, that horse riding nomadic tribes like the Hun most likely made some "noise" using their spurs.
