    Default How to increase effectiveness of libraries?

    Hello,

    is there a way to increase the effectiveness of libraries to increase research rate?

    I tried to look for myself for the the tables with packfilemanager but couldn't locate the variables I could change.

    building_effects_junction table, click on the effect header to sort by effect, scroll down to rom_building_research_points

    Increase the number in the value column to increase the boost granted
    It’s better to excite some and offend others than be bland and acceptable to all
