Can't upgrade buildings to higher level 3.0 !

Hi!

The problem is i can't upgrade my barracks or ranges buildings (maybe some else to) to higher level.
When i check the buildings browser then i can only upgrade them when my city is in castle mode!

Have reinstall whole medieval + kingdoms and third age 3.0 part 1 and 2, 3.2 whit the instructions on this site tow times and and get the same results.
Have not install the patch 3.1 because at mod-db says it you don't need it.
Have see one thing under the part 2 installation the process jump to 84 % at the beginning.

So i wonder if the is something i can do?

Usually the games runs good.

Hi there and welcome to TWC Forums!

What turn are you at in your campaign? What faction are you playing? Did you get the Military Report message ( the first one is around turn 2 or 4, second one is between 36-48, the third message is around turn 64 - 72 ) ?

Hi i was very frustrated when i post the bug, then i check the forum one more time and find the fix.
Edit the (descr_events.txt) in Data- world- maps- campaign- Imperial_campaign so now it's run normal.
But thx so must for answer and admire you work.
