Default Yemen instability continues to spread out as Rebels attack Sanaa

Yemen faces a civil war, much like the one Syria faces nowadays and the main diffrence is that Shia's rebels (Houthi's) are fighting a Sunni goverment which is completely collapsing! The Yemen army doesn't seem to be able to contain the rebels and the very same rebels have captured parts of the Yemen capital Sanaa which resulted in the resignation of the PM !!

No. Iran sends these shia fighters to their proxy wars like in Syria where the houthis have been spotted fighting with the Syrian Army. They are no better than the Saudis.

Which goes back to the same old problem - most of the borders in Middle East being entirely artificial and were drawn by Europeans on a map with ruler and pencil, with 0 consideration towards religious or ethnic differences, which is why sectarian warfare has always been present since then.
Although it doesn't change the fact that Saudi Arabia is much worse then Iran, much like shia groups backed by Iran are not as bad as jihadist groups backed by the Saudis. You are probably only defending the Saudis because they are allied to your country.

Saudi Arabia is like Mordor, and Mecca is pretty much Barad-dûr.

Its too bad the Yemeni government weren't Saudi puppets. Houthis are going to have a had time trying to impose a shia government on a country that is 65% Sunni.

    Umm...

You do realize that Iran is a ruled by Shia Religious Leaders, right? And the ruler of Iran is a Shia Grand Ayatollah.

Saudi Arabia, despite being a terrible, oppressive regime, has a secular ruler.

I do not really know what they want to do, seems like they have concluded some deal.

All I know is that is makes people in Riyadh (basically real-life Barad-Dûr) angry.
Those Wahhabi thugs are probably beating up their Ethiopian servants to vent their fustration right now.

Those borders have the benefit of preventing a monopolization of ME oil.

And even greater benefit for sparking up sectarian conflicts.

I don't think the choice was mutual, either.

There was a strong degree of willingness initially. Initiatives towards establishing a united Yemen had been going on for a long time. Granted later South Yemen decided they didn't like it - hence the civil war and the ongoing Hirak movement. Despite that though unification wasn't something forced on Yemen by the West.
As far as I can tell, your entire enterprise is little more than a solitary man with a messy apartment which may or may not contain a chicken.

The prime minister resigned and a pro Muslim brotherhood general left the country. Both of them supported Al-Islah who are the yemen version of Muslim brotherhood. Saudi Arabia fears muslim brotherhood so i bet that this shia offensive was tolerated by saudi arabia in order to get rid from Muslim brotherhood. The question is what sunni seccesionists will do in the south

Great to see Sana'a joining the Axis of Resistance.

Anyways this has nothing to do with religion. Sunni security forces in Sana'a are joining the Houthis in Sana'a as well.

No predictions on whether the peace deal will hold?
