Default Looking for an easy way to get rid of any voice-overs?

Okay, so in the sound options there's this one to shut off speeches but this only refers to the speeches of the generals at the beginning of a battle? What I want is to get rid of all voice-overs except for the roman announcer who informs you about important stuff like the general has fallen etc...

Why do I want this? Well, because those guys are starting to drive me seriously mad with their repetitiveness! I mean, it's okay in battle when they only scream their unit type like "spartan hoplites!!" or whatever but campaign map and especially diplo screen became just unbearable !! Try to listen to an audio book while playing or with music, such guys are simply getting in my way, hehe....
