I updated the dúnedain ranger file with small fixes and a chainmail upgrade texture. I also made the ms3d file available. link

I added Merry and Sam to my game and they were as tall as humans, is there something I am supposed to do to shrink them to hobbit size? They do look good, just a bit too tall.

As far as I know animations and skeleton for the General can't be modified so they have the vanilla regular size skeleton. I'm not aware of any workarounds, maybe someone else has an insight into this issue.

DCI wanted to have a custom sized Sauron and so asked around quite a bit a few years ago, but all familiar with the matter (sadly) said the same as you on the topic LL: here can only be a single size for a faction's generals.

There was a bug with the arrow from the bowstring animation, I fixed the bug and updated the file again. (thanks to Hummingbird for the bug report)

There is 2 diff textures in the new files, none of them has chain mail textures. They are both the same but with different colors.

This is all fantastic work and it's great that you've made this so readily available to the community. Once our mod is finished, we will need to set up a similar page for all our shared assets.

Have you released Thranduil and Celeborn/Annatar? I can't seem to find links to them here or on your heroes mod page.

As for a suggestion: our mod is in dire need of better female character models. If you have the time, we would great appreciate models for any of: Arwen, Eowyn, Galadriel, or Tauriel.

I have models for Galadriel, Celeborn, Annatar and Thranduil that I haven't released yet. I can prepare downloads for them in the next few days.

Yes, we are looking for female general models. They are currently set up with "female" gender in DS (to prevent marriage offers) and custom selection audio using Withwnar's script. The effect is almost complete except that they're using placeholder models.

Looks all really cool. (just integrated Faramir into my game, thanks!). The Rangers I would like as well but I am not sure how to do it since there are no attachment texture files in the download...

Thanks. There is no attachment texture, so you can use any placeholder texture when coding them in.
