windows cannot find kingdoms.exe CoW nothing works...

Hi, I have had no trouble install this mod in the past but today on my new OS I have having this issue. When double click the batch file to start the game I get that error message.
I have reinstalled everything three times. This is my installation folder, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\Call_of_Warhammer. Please help.

For some reason when I edit the batch file and replace
start kingdoms.exe @mods\Call_of_Warhammer\warhammer.cfg

with
start medieval2 @mods\Call_of_Warhammer\warhammer.cfg

it starts.

Latest Steam update actually deleted Kingdoms as a game and repackaged it as DLC for Medieval, so all mods that launch kingdoms.exe are broken, since there is no kingdoms.exe anymore. Just point it at Medieval 2 and it'll run.
