Help in British(Casse) campaign

So there is a certain problem I have encountered while playing my campaign.

In time messages came(from the advisor)saying that I can now get new troops.After the second message I got the new troops but I lost some(the chariots)and my barracks buildings were damaged 100%.I could not repair them.I destroyed them in order to rebuild them but after I did that,they were nowhere to be found.Not only this but I could not upgrade them in some provinces.Any help on what's going on?Note that I always activated the script

it's simple,
the "damaged" barracks are damaged by scripts and "renewed" with new barracks, granting you the use of new troops (note, if a barrack is damaged you can't enroll troops), the damaged barrack isn't of any use and you can freely tear it down, while upgrading the new barrack

(and, yes, the loss of the chariots is an effect of "evolution").

Thanks,I did not notice the new barracks.

But still,in two towns I have no barracks to build(Irish towns)even though the cities are upgraded to the last hall.Any ideas on that?
