So i just got screwed by the civil war.
Liking the new minigame that is political warfare.

I was controlling 4 provinces and pomping up my armies to conquer some land.
But i won some battles with anthony, filling my civil war bar. (getting to much influence).
I did however issues marriages, so my civil war decreased and was empty.

However, few turns later, civil war hit (no idea how? anyone some suggestion? to much high gravitas?)
I lost 2 full stack armies (full of first cohort and chevron troops), 3 agents (2 champions and 1 spy) and 7(!) cities.
I now control some low lvl province and lost my 'armie recruitment provinces'.

My god, i'm on damage controll now.
I like that, i like the new civil war.
and this was without a mod.


However, i have no idea why civil war erupted. Civil war bar, was empty.

Mac version is updated now. I can't complain about a few hours difference compared to almost a year for the beta. Still remains to be seen how well it will actually run.

Can one of you fine gents set up a poll later today or later this week on the general discussion of rtw2 page, and ask if people like it or not, and or other options. I dont know how to create one and dont have any experience in it anyway, however it looks as things are going quite nicely

I dont mind it so far love the new out lay no lag either which is great also love the faction graphics and my graphics are awesome still playing mods tho.

Both cities are now walled, I had a brilliant battle vs Judia in Jerusalem

Well done CA and congratulations on the release of the Emperor Edition. The background screen is the most beautiful so far and appears very professional.
Happy to see that the Emperor Edition really seems to attract people. It is noticable we have reached the highest active player peak since the last 25 weeks!

I tested now for a few ours in an new campaign with a lots of battles and I must say. Very good work CA. I like the new graphics in battle and on the campaign map. The changes to the UI are very nice - also the new faction colors and symbols. My performance boosted up alot. The whole game suddenly "feels" right.
I can just repeat myself - good work CA. I'm looking forward to many campaigns.

Wierd question for Joey or modders, what do we call this update? I was originally going to call this patch 16, but I see in the version is now listed as v2.0, so dilemma that ponders my head.

Patch 16 is the number of patches while patch 16 brings us into version 2.0.

Thanks a lot CA for completely nerfing Suebi, and getting rid of the most basic shield wall ability, and half the other stuff that made them fun to play.

I honestly wish I could return my game and get a refund, that is how pissed I am with this .

The game does not lag restart your system or get a better pc.
