I'm looking for a sanbox mod.

To the point, every campaign you play you get massive random armies spawning out of nowhere, you have to fight the same battles over and over again and you get no reward for this except the expansion of your empire is severely delayed or stopped.
This is no fun for me and it's a shame because everything else about this mod is perfect imo. I'm looking for a mod that removes the event spawned full stacks.
