Upgrade help

I think you can help me spend my money better than I can so here's what I'm running now:

AMD Athlon 64 3000
512MB ddr RAM
Radeon x300 128mb

Question 1.
My graphics card is pants. I've spotted a leadtek geforce 7600gt 256mb gddr3 tv-out/dual dvi on ebay for £90, this is about £25 cheaper than other 7600gt's on the site, good deal?

Question 2.
I've read on the forum that 1gig of ram is all I need for M2TW, if this is the case, should I only buy another 521mb and spend some money on a new processor?

Question 3.
I've papers and documents coming out my arse but I can't find my motherboard book. I looked in my computer and saw 'DDR 400' and I think I'm using an ABUS motherboard. Will I run into any problems? I think I need pc3200 400hz ram.

One more thing, what I want the computer to do is play the game on medium graphic setting and not low setting like I'm doing now as it looks cheap.

Yes, that should be a good deal I think, unless the card is ****ed up, like they may be when you buy used...
Yes, another 512MB should be good, preferrably of the same sort. But I don't know if I would buy a new S939 CPU, I'd rather buy a new and more modern MoBo.
Do you mean ASUS? Google CPU-Z, download it and post what kind of MoBo you have and it's GPU slot.

3. I probably do mean ASUS. It's an Xpress 200 (RS480) I think, using a PCI-E connection.
4. My RAM is running at 200mhz now, is it ok to add another stick of a higher frequency?

Not worth upgrading to AM2, I think, just stick with the 939, because you'd had to get a new mobo and memory..
Graphics card seems to be a good deal, if it really is that cheap.
Your RAM is DDR 400 pc3200, I think. (real frequency 200MHz). Don't get any faster RAM since it won't work any faster than the slower stick.
