warmap problem

dowloaded warmap 3 i think well it was 19.5 meg anyway and i notice a few problems.
1.My spartans and other hoplites threw their spears and fought with their swords.
2.everyones stats have been put up by 40 or more except for a few like hastati and arcani who just get slaughtered.
3.theres certain units tht cost the same like early legionary and late and roman cavalry and praetorian cavalry.

does anyone else have this problem and can some1 help me. i downloaded signifierones animation pack too, all the animations are working fine except for the new hoplite animation which i cant get to work the game just crashs on start up would appreciate it if someone could help me with this to

Yes thats right, there is no phalanx in WarMap.

2.everyones stats have been put up by 40 or more except for a few like hastati and arcani who just get slaughtered.

The high stats allow for longer battles and less kills by friendly fire, only those units used in the campaign have altered stats, so custom battles can be way out of balance.

3.theres certain units tht cost the same like early legionary and late and roman cavalry and praetorian cavalry.

Infantry have twice the number of soldiers per unit than cav, so cav actually cost twice as much.

I would think that you would need to put the phalanx back in.
