Thank you EB2 team
For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to
(a) mate with, (b) eat, (c) run away from, and (d) rocks.
Thx a lot for your reactivity EB team ; you had to deal with all sorts of cristics and though you didn't have many candidate for actual help script, prog, models, etc.. you still manage to improve your work ! I'm impressed (I'm always amazed by moders on the org and twc). You're my heroes !

Edit: Never mind, found out I had uninstalled uTorrent.

is it normal for installer to say 2.0 or did I delete the wrong installer
"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

Oh dear, I forgot to change the version number when I built the installer. Sorry about that! The contents have changed though, so as long as your zip is called EB_201.zip, you're good!

What about the new bai (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...er-version-1-0) ?
Is it implanted in 2.01 ?
Edit: Nevermind.

Great news! Do you know when the non-torrent mirrors will be available? Unfortunately my ISP inhibits ALL torrent traffic, and I'm not eager to download such a big mod at 2-3 kB/s... :-/

why when I open the 2.01 torrent file and run the .exe does the installer still say 2.00?
Low speed, High Drag
I gave the new version a whirl and am saddened by still hugely unsatisfying battles. Units almost always decide to fight to the death when broken, the kill rate is hugely too slow, amounting to after 7 minutes of heavy real time combat against two full sized forces, roughly 480 dead, and less than a hundred down on my side. This was after heavy cavalry combats, full melee engagement and successful flanking with infantry and cavalry. A 40 man squad of companion cavalry fought my roman general and a heavy triarii for nearly the entire fight and the companion cavalry were able to pull out 6 minutes in and ride away from the combat with 12 guys left unbroken! The cavalry charges are also ineffective and still are ridden with the problem of the horses coming to a stop and no actual charge happening. I can't wait to play when the battles are fixed, the campaign is beautiful. As of now, I'd say the battles are unplayable.
No they don't,not in may game.Units almost always decide to fight to the death when broken,
And if the eenemy is still fighting after flanking them that much ,than there is omething wrong with your game or with your tactics, two or three charges and most troops that are already engaged and pressed will flee unless theay have a super genreal.
Uh, are we playing the same game here? I've found battles are improved from 2.0 and even sieges are tolerable now (though spearmen are harder to fight).
I do still think cavalry are too good in melee and not good enough in the charge. And FMs have far too many hit points.
