    Default Traditions / Army Navy Agent skills editing

    How / where can I edit the experience, the traditions and skills the armies, navies and agents get, how much points per level up and so on?

    Addendum; found out that it's about charakter_experience_skill_tiers.
    New question is how to apply changes to the game(s), so for main, cig and hatg. Creating new startpos didn't do the trick.
