    Default blockades

aint a blockade when you stop a enemies trade right? so does trade affect this game? so what if you do blockade them for a while what happens, do you cripple their economy?

and ym second question is "what is a turn"? like everythings based on a turn and i dont even know what it is.
    WWE is awesome

When you blockade a city, you cut of its sea trade which lowers its income. There are two ways to blockade 1) with a ship and 2)have an army stand on the port.

In normal Rome/BI(called vanilla Rome/BI) One turn equals 6 months. So every turn your character gets too move, fight, etc. You can recruit units, diplomacy, build. When you press "end turn"(the hourglass) the ai goes and the game goes forward 6 months(so 2 turns=a year)

Yes but that equals one turn. So you can attack every turn which is 6 months.

Blockading does help. It lowers their gold so they can't build or mantain a large army

Well. After you press end turn the ai goes but they move fast unless you can see them. Press spacebar to speed your men or the opponents up when they are moving on the campaing map. Also, you can preses backspace to stop your character from moving if you told him to move and you don't want him to move there.
