Hopefully it'll be a rubbish little Mobile game or something, with like 6 people working on it or something, similar to their Japanese one. That way they won't be rushing into Medieval 3 or something stupid like that.

As much as Id love to see my Total Warhammer, I doubt they'd run that thing under the TotalWar name.
I'd expect them to make Warhammer a franchise of its own.

I learned my lesson with Rome II. I won't buy any game they make until I know it actually works.
I hope something in China would be great, when it works.

So Rome 2 is being rolled up, just as I said before. One more DLC (Cleopatra I wager) and that'll be it. This last bit of patching is an attempt to look better and make up on their past year. I know I won't be buying on release or following false advertising which will probably begin then or falling for their pre-order crap that will no doubt start spewing out.

Yeah, its orcs and goblins etc....think Tolkienesque but dumbed down without the clever writing or any the the real world reference paralells.

I know much more about Tolkien that i know about Warhammer... but i'd say warhammer is MILES darker than the tolkien world... in Tolkien you pretty much have the standard tree-hugher good guys fighting against pure evil, in Warhammer there are many more shades of grey.

Yeah even the good guy are sometimes questionable, wood elves are dicks in a forrest, high elves are on a high horse, dwarfs are acting like dodos under the mountains, Empire is all times on the line to collapse, Brets are ???? I what to say just forgotten. But the evil factions are just flatout black, not any lawful thingie, just evil for thier own reason.

Okay, I'll just leave this here then.

Against a WH: Total War (which I think won't be the next title) we have this statement:

1. WH game
2. TW: RII
3. Alien IP game (would be unveilled as Alien Isolation)
4. TW: Arena
5. Next Total War game

That's probably it.

I'm pretty sure Warhammer won't be part of the Total War franchise because CA said (before unveilling Alien Isolation) they were working in 5 titles at the time. The fifth MUST be the next Total War, be it an expasion Shogun 2-style or a stand alone Napoleon-style game.

To compliment it, my bet remains on:

I'm betting the Warhammer game will be Mark of Chaos II because CA has the required expertise to make it happen.
