Impassable of the turn 230 to 231 Roman Campaign

hello,

In the Roman camapign, in the transition from turn 230 to 231 different messages info fall, diplomatic requests are then the hourglass appears and stops rotating. Nothing happens ... lack there a scrip?
No way to press a key, the only way to leave the rest CTRL + ALT + DEL solution.

Has anybody ever encountered a similar problem?

Is there a way to "jump" the passage of a turn to continue the campaign?

oh god that is my problem, but my turn was 198 and 199 and after that i cannot press anything
