Default Can't trigger the Marian reforms?

Playing as the Romans, the year is 171BC, I have more than 45 settlements and over 6 Latifundia built in Italy.
I know one of my family members must have some special trait, but how do I make him\them have it?
(I don't mind editing one of the files for it )

    Thank you!

    He need to be

    Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous
    Popularis
    Consul or Ex-Consul
    Has Influence > 2
    Has Command > 2

usually I keep track of my Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous character, then put 'em in cities with Ceres temples, for the sake of making 'em popularis

Is there a way to force this by adding a customized family member using one of the files?

I suppose you could, but I never tried

otherwise, there's an alternative trigger for the reform
    -Conquer 90 settlements.

You can also modify the EBBS script. Find the lines that define the triggers for the Marian reforms and put a ; in front of those lines. This means those lines become comments and are no longer part of the rest of the code. Leave the time trigger, for instance, and you should get the reforms after the specified number of turns.

Note: temper with the code at your own risk. Back up any file you mess with.
