The winners of the competition . They get their copies a few days early, but in terms of regions I think Europe gets it the earliest.

Creative assembly's HQ is in the UK, even if the australian division is responsible for MTW2.

But thats redundant anyway becuase games releases do not depend on where they are coded... but rather... who will manufacture the DVD's and packaging the cheapest.

And that more often than not is the sweatshops in southern america.

As of right now though all we know is that for some reason or another Sega have been telling the press that its the 10th of november for the UK release (wich is looking to be the earliest).

Now until Sega or somebody from CA comes by and tells us why the EU is apparently getting the game first nobody knows.

And to be honest.. Australia quite rightly never gets games first, its in the wrong area of the world and theres no disputing it... Its cheaper and easier for games companies to just do it the way they have been doing it up until now.

Im not trying to be a prick about it but the games market in the USA and the EU are far more important for a company than australia...

So unless you want to move to a different country or your prepared to work in a DVD factory for 20 pence a day... you just have to live with games coming out last in australia.

I dont think i've ever heard of a game coming out first in the EU, alas judgeing by peoples respones I'll see if its any good

I kinda feel sorry for the Ausies, they always get the games later than the rest of us. Its a bit ironic that the game is being developed in Australia. Anyways, Im in the UK so I just hope they keep to the dates as promised... but most likely they will delay it another 5 days or something... hope Im wrong.

Actually when RTW came out it was a simultaneous release, meaning it came out on the same day for North America and Australia.

in UK it is the 10th, but if you want the game in another language, it may not be the 10th (except german, to much gamers over there, so they surely will have the game at the right time). :hmmm:
