I am playing as Makedonia and am on turn 128, I have been absentmindedly putting new generals under 20 into Sparte to train. At first I could just move them out of Sparta when they were done, but I now have 7 generals ages 17-26 who can't leave the city despite the fact that most of them have finished their training.

Is there anything I can do to fix it? or am I just stuck with a large general's bodyguard garrison in Sparte?
