It means a corrupt download.. Either use torrents: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...1#post12978856 , or during downloading the file do not use Internet for anything else ( like watching YouTube etc..) and do not do some multitasking on your PC.

Are your Windows 64 bit version? Have you tried to download the file again, or, download a torrent file? You can also go into Safe mode and try running the program.

Did you perhaps have a Windows Update recently? If you did, try to roll back/ do a system restore and try again. Or, uninstall Windows recent Updates:
Start | Control Panel | System And Maintenance (If you are using Classic View, skip this step)| Programs & Features | Installed Updates
Any updates listed in Installed Updates should be uninstall-able.
I had disabled these Windows Updates for my Windows 7 since the first time it started giving me BSOD after the update.. Stupid Microsoft.

i havent played for 2 years so how far to deinstall them
EDIT: i installed windows updates since beginning of august and had this 0xc0000005

Check to see do you have this update installed: KB2859537
If you do, uninstall that one, then download this CCleaner free program and run its Cleaner and Registry utility to get some junk out and refresh+fix some Registry leftovers.
After that, if you still can not start TATW.exe files, re download TATW.exe file which gives you the error ( TATW 3.1 is not needed if you want to install the latest 3.2 version, only 3.0 both parts + 3.2 Patch is needed) and during downloading the file do not use your Internet for anything else ( like watching YouTube etc..) and do not do some multitasking on your PC.
