Some unit help

I need to do the following things.

1. I want a new skin for spartan hoplites but I also want to add a new unit called "Spartan Swordsmen" into RTW 1.5 how do I do that.

2. When i modded my game before I had a re skin for macedon, greek, seleucid generals but now I cannot find the link to the download Can someone show me. they looked like:


3. I also had faction icons and banners done by Kaweh K which i can't find either. help me please

Do you mean you want any proposals or how to make one by yourself and apply it on the game?

Well I have downloaded a skin for spartans so I want to add that in the game as a new unit.
