Editing Capitals?

Hey guys! i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove those faction buildings in a capital (like the dwarf barracks in altdorf) as i don't really want them and i cant just destroy the building in game. it's annoying, thanks! :3

Open descr_start.text and there you can delete the bulding you dont want.
