Also, I have v1.21 installed right now, if I apply 1.25 and the addendum will it change my current save file at all? I also changed around some stats, is that going to be reverted?

French no, in any case it would be mediterranean according to the EDU entry, however yeah that might be a bug as they should rather use the faction accent.

1.25 is not savegame compatible with 1.21, there are tons of changes in the campaign script, some with correlation to traits triggers which could possibly break the 1.21 savegame...so the advice is if you wanna finish the campaign you started with 1.21 don't apply 1.25 yet.

The Addendum 1 for 1.25 should be compatible with 1.21 though.
