PSU's
Do AGP video cards need special connectors like PCI-E video cards? Or will any power supply do? Will this one work with this video card?

AGP cards typically take the 4 pin Molex connectors - so pretty much every PSU will work for them.

400 should be enough, though if you're buying a new PSU try and go for at least 500 as it'll be less likely to need replacing in the future.
As for compatibility, if the graphics card is the same as the one pictured comes with a power cable:

which will connect to basically any standard PSU

Remember to get a good brand name as well, there are plenty of cheap far east Asian ones that are 800W+, but they aint got the quality to constantly supply that wattage, so get a brand name.

you can get a wire that'll convert a molex connection to pci-express anyway. most PCI-E cards will come with this too
