Some help with modding spartans

As I keep watching a film realase based on the 300 spartans and persia over and over again and it says spartans we're not allowed to retreat is there anyway to make them morale less so they don't ever route?

Spartans

stat_mental 14, disciplined, highly_trained

This is the part that indicates the spartan's morale, as you can see they are already one of if not the best units in rtw, i'm not sure if you can pump them any higher but you can try.

I changed it to 18 and tested it with 3 units v spam of urban cohorts and they lasted alot longer than usual They killed around 400 of them.

Is there a limit( minimum-maximum) about morale's values?

I am not sure but i'd like to find out.
