i downloaded eb 2 last night and tried to extract the zip file. it didnt work. it kept making a bin file or something. if i need to post more information let me know and i will. i have windows 7

I am not familiar with that download- but you should have at least one application file in there, bin files are data containers that will be installed automatically by the application
Else try extracting that bin file as well
If you could provide a screenshot of the unpacked files that would help

Yeah the download extracts tons of bin files, but it also extracts one EBII.exe file which is the one it should run.
