Some screens of campaign map progress for my Koinon Hellenon campaign, which I ended at precisely 1000 turns and took over half a year to play! I might upload some pics of the battlefield at some point since there are some good ones, but I'm too lazy to do that right now.

As you can tell by turn 800 in 73 BC my empire stretched from Scotland to Yemen, with the addition of one more Arabian territory and northern Ireland by turn 1000 in the year 23 BC. However, it wasn't until the mid-2nd century BC that I began to expand in earnest beyond the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions into Gaul and Central Europe.

The coin is mightier than the sword. I disbanded almost everything after taking out the rebels northwest of Pergamon, hunkered down, and bought off settlement after settlement. This pleases me greatly

After a big long campaign in Greece, after many Pyrrhic Victories now he is the Basileus of Hellas defeated the Spartans the Athenians even the mighty Macedonians now he is ready to eliminate his real threat from the west, the Romans. He wants to conquer, he wants an empire, he wants to become the new Alexander The Great this is why he moved his capital to Pella and rename it as "Pyrrhia"... This is just the begining!

The more correct term would be Pyrrheia or Pyrreia. There was a settlement in the fayum with that name.

@Shoebopp - Thanks, I lost Taras in turn 2 but after turn 15 Taras rebelled and automatically become mine somehow.

The earliest I've ever gotten the Parthian Imperial reforms, achieved during a migration campaign to Anatolia. I've already secured migration rights through Seleucid lands



Migration complete ~10 turns later. Technically if I had wanted an eastern imperial faction in Anatolia I could've played as Pontos, but eh

My Makedonia campaign, similar to my Romani and Koinon Hellenon campaigns since I ended it after precisely 1,000 turns.
Again, I'm too lazy to upload juicy screenshots of the battle map at the moment.



However, as you can tell from the campaign map I did not sit idle in the Balkans or Anatolia, taking the Mediterranean world by turn 300 with the destruction of Carthage and Rome. Although I had Alexandria by turn 200, I didn't take all of Ptolemaic Egypt until after turn 300. After vassalizing the Masaesyli/Massylii Numidians as a client state in the deep Saharan interior, I secured a nearly permanent eastern border in Mesopotamia and Armenia by turn 500, allying with Taxashila. Most of the Balkans were secured at an early date, while I focused on conquering all of the Iberian peninsula before moving into Central Gaul. From then onward it was a campaign to conquer northern territories of Europe in Gaul, Germania, Britannia, and rounding out the rim of the Black Sea basin by vassalizing the reemerging Bosporan Kingdom faction (although I directly control the Crimean peninsula).

The Seleucids were very powerful up until the beginning of the 2nd century BC, then Persia, Central Asia, and South Asia became a mosh pit of competing factions. By the middle of the 1st century BC, though, my Taxashila allies became a virtual eastern superpower to rival mine, like Yin & Yang. If Han dynasty China were on the map our three empires would basically encompass the vast majority of people on Earth in this altered historical reality for classical antiquity.
